How to Contact our Providers

For members of the

"Propane Club" only

Please note that each customer has been assigned to one of the clubs. You cannot switch between clubs without approval from us, because you are on a "keep-full." If you are in a "lock-in," you will not be able to switch until the end of the lock. (You may leave the club at any time, but you'll be paying retail.)

HILCO Propane

David Cole, HILCO

Contact HILCO at 254-694-5237 (or 888-850-6551).

It is no longer required to ask for David. Speak to whomever answers the phone. David is often a "working manager," as identified by the picture to the right when he was out delivering propane when they got behind, so he's hard to catch in the office.

Identify yourself as a member of the "Williams Propane Club."

They will verify your status as a member with the list we have provided.

Ferrellgas

Contact Ferrellgas at 972-647-1361 and ask for "Karen." If you speak to anyone else, they may not be familiar with the club.

She will verify your status as a member with the list we have provided. If you are not in the Dallas area, she may direct you to another office, but you must contact Karen first.
