Renew Your Membership

To join or renew:

• Ensure you're in the service area, which is North central and Northeast Texas.  If you're not sure, e-mail us with your address to find out.  (Club East is offering one year free tank rental to new customers.)
   

• Read the terms and conditions of membership.  If you are a Disabled Veteran (80%+) or 75 years old as of 9/1/2010, your membership (standard residential) is free.

• RENEW -- Download and print the membership form:   Word® format   .pdf format

  Please fill out these forms completely and neatly.  This form cannot be e-mailed.  Please mail this form, or arrange to leave it at our business during business hours.  Please do not leave this form in our mailbox -- it is illegal for anyone to put anything into a mailbox, except a postal employee.
   

• Mail the completed form and a check (payable to "Georgia Williams") to:

• If you are not within the service area, your check will be returned.  The price for 2007/2008 was $1.50/gallon.  The 2009/2010 is currently fluctuating.
   

• A $10 initiation fee is included in the form for new members, or for members renewing after 7/31.

    This price is available to us because of the buying power we have, and because we contract in the summer when prices are low, so they are able to obtain all our propane for the year at a good price.  They're able to sell to us cheaper because we bought during the low season, even though we don't pay for it until it's delivered.  Our club is available to all propane customers in the service area, so you may join before the deadline and save money on propane, too.  If it's after the deadline, please understand why they can't match the club price, and join us for next year.
